I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location in the Sóstó area was perfect, just a short walk to the Zoo and Aquapark. The staff here were incredibly friendly and kind. They made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, ensuring that everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The room amenities were great too, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV.

During our recent family trip, we found a wonderful hotel with an excellent location. It's located right next to the famous Zoo and a short walk from the park with fountains and a lake. the rooms we stayed in were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. the bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower, which was very convenient. the service was superb, and the staff was always kind and helpful. Breakfast was also very good and had a decent selection of food.

The hotel was well situated, only a short walk away from the local zoo and aquarium. the restaurant provided some tasty dishes and the room was romantic and clean with a comfortable bed.

The unenthusiastic staff who didn't seem motivated to provide customer service. We also encountered noise from the central conditioning system which was quite frustrating.

Although there were a few minor issues, such as a poor breakfast selection and occasional lack of refill, the quality of the food was still decent, and we managed to enjoy a satisfying meal. Additionally, the cleaning could have been slightly better, as we noticed some dust in the shelves of the restaurant and a few missing items in the fridge.
